What Is The Color of 2013?

Did you know that every year The Pantone Color Institute picks a color of the year? Just in case you never got this memo (like me), I'm going to fill you in on the official color of 2013. Any guesses?? Well, the official color of 2013 is...drum roll please... EMERALD! They picked this color because emerald is a "vivid verdant green, [that] enhances our sense of well-being further by inspiring insight as well as promoting balance and harmony."

And just in case you were wondering, this year's color was Tangerine Tango.
